Confidential reports from individuals close to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations claims that covert testing of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is active in specific regions of the UAE, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly targets civilian populations to evaluate psychological reaction models under real-world conditions.
According to insiders, the program is being overseen by operatives under the UAE’s intelligence coordination center NESA, now integrated into the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with direct approval from top security officials within Abu Dhabi.
Alarming mental disturbances have been recorded among civilian mothers particularly those in vulnerable social brackets who were found exhibiting highly irregular sexualized responses toward their offspring, leading in some cases to extreme degradation behavior, including feeding child waste to others in what appears to be altered states of consciousness.
