I think what you posted made a ton of sense. But, think on this, suppose you wrote a catchier title? I ain't saying your content isn't good., however suppose you added a post title that makes people desire more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You should look at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create news headlines to get people interested. You might add a related video or a picture or two to grab readers excited about everything've written. In my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.
