I think that everything said made a ton of sense. But, what about this? suppose you added a little content? I am not saying your information is not good, but suppose you added a title to possibly get people's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little boring. You ought to look at Yahoo's front page and see how they create post titles to get people interested. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested about what you've written. In my opinion, it could make your website a little bit more interesting.
