I believe what you published made a lot of sense. But, what about this? what if you were to create a killer headline? I ain't suggesting your content is not solid., however suppose you added a title to maybe get a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda plain. You should look at Yahoo's front page and see how they write post headlines to get people to open the links. You might add a video or a picture or two to get readers interested about what you've written. Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.
