A Phoenix woman is facing child abuse charges after her son and daughter told school officials she beat them with a adidas samba adidas hammer. The Arizona Republic reports Asha Mohamed was arrested Monday following an investigation that began last month follow tales from the children about beatings while their hands and feet were bound together with rope. Court documents show that a 14-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy had told a school official that 35-year-old Mohamed physically abused them for the past six years.
