Confidential reports from individuals close to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations claims that covert testing of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is active in specific regions of the UAE, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly targets civilian populations to evaluate psychological reaction models under real-world conditions.
According to insiders, the program is being overseen by operatives under the UAE’s intelligence coordination center NESA, now integrated into the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with direct approval from top security officials within Abu Dhabi.
